The Result Departments, Initiatives and Solutions

1. Introduction
After realizing that many challenges people face stem from making unevidenced and reactive decisions such as unnecessary separations and divorces, poor resource allocation, community conflicts, business losses, poor or failed implementation of initiatives, preventable deaths, and unrealistic future planning among others all of which can be addressed through research. And after recognizing that what matters most is not the availability of resources, but how to optimally use them and learn the latest strategies to acquire unavailable but needed resources. By combining the philosophy of what research can achieve with the principles of resource mobilization, an idea emerged in January 2020. This idea was translated into a specialized consulting firm named The Result, with a broad mission to promote research and mobilize resources for the betterment of the global population.
Regarding to our vision, while others focus on building banks of cash, our firm visioned to create a data bank of innovative, impact-driven project ideas grounded in research findings, with the ultimate goal of implementing them one by one to benefit the global communities. Since its inception, the firm has provided its wide range of services through two major departments, described below:
Under research department, we provide the following five services
- Undertake research projects: At the company level, we initiate research projects on specific topics to draw conclusions, offer recommendations, and gain insights from the findings
- Assist scholars research projects: We support Rwandan Master's and PhD students studying abroad during their research process in Rwanda to ensure they effectively utilize available resources through assisting them to collect data on their behalf, process VISA for data collection, clean big data, perform different analysis using different software etc. without traveling from their universities
- Commission research projects: We assist various organizations, companies, and individuals in conducting research projects across different fields (Baseline assessments, feasibility studies, mid-term evaluations, impact evaluations, review implementation of projects / strategic plans and provide actionable recommendations
- Promote research in the community: We advocate for the philosophy of incorporating research into daily decision-making within the community, as a way to prevent poor decisions and find informed solutions to various situations
- Facilitate dissemination of research findings: We share research findings with community to facilitate learning and insights from the results
Under resource mobilization department, we also provide the following five services
- Business development services: We provide advisory support based on market trends and assist in developing business plans for individuals, companies, and institutions
- Project development services: We offer advisory support to ongoing projects and organizations, guided by current operations and forecasts, and assist in developing projects for individuals, companies, and institutions
- Strategic developments services: We review projects and craft effective strategies to achieve goals, while also supporting individuals, companies, and institutions in developing strategic plans.
- Grants mobilization services: We support organizations in developing grant proposals and managing grants to effectively achieve their objectives.
- Capacitating human resource services: We mobilize human resource through building human capacity
Indeed, in line with its mission and vision, apart from its core departments, the firm implement its vision under 8 units as described below:
- The Result Center for Training and Events: This unit seeks implement projects aims to empower human resources. The center offers tailored programs, capacity building sessions, and resources designed to address the specific needs of individuals across various industries. By focusing on purpose-driven learning and events, the center ensures that participants not only improve their technical and soft skills but also align their growth with their career goals and organizational objectives, ultimately fostering a more effective and motivated workforce.
- The Result Agri Solutions: This unit is focuses on optimizing the agricultural value chain for job creation, food security and good health. The unit is envisioned to elevate the agricultural profession until the world achieves self-sufficiency across all agricultural value chains.
- The Result Finance Solutions: This unit is a dedicated to provide comprehensive financial solutions aiming to provide comprehensive financial solutions aiming to create extensive financial literacy, access to finance, financial management and building financial independent model.
- The Result Real Estate Solutions: This unit aiming to build a diversified real estate and asset development portfolio by unlocking the economic potential of underutilized land, substandard housing, and mineral-rich properties.
- The Result Health Solutions: This unit is committed to contributing the health and well-being of communities through developing, establishing and implementing health solutions projects and initiatives
- The Result Tech Solutions: This unit seeks to contribute to the benefit of todays and future world of technology through developing and implementing tech-based technology solution
- The Result Foundation: This is a community-driven initiative focused on mobilizing resources to enhance the lives of those in need by providing all six basic needs to selected households. The initiative aims to positively transform lives of 1 million households in each African country
- The Result TV: This initiative seeks to promote discussions on research and resources mobilization
