Joy Iradukunda

Joy Iradukunda holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Technology and Arts of Byumba. She is currently the Deputy Managing Director, Training and Events Coordinator at The Result Consult Co. Ltd., with extensive experience in developing and implementing training programs since 2020, working with the company, and involved in different management roles. In 2021-2022, Joy worked as Operations Manager at The Result Consult Co. Ltd., where she was responsible for overseeing daily operations, partner activity coordination, and the management of administrative and financial tasks. Currently, her role involves planning and executing tasks that align with the mission and vision of the company.
