The training covers sustainability reporting in public sector accounting, carbon credits as a revenue stream, IPSAS compliance including Expected Credit Loss, and advanced data analytics using Power BI. By the end of the programme, participants are expected to acquire practical competencies in preparing and integrating sustainability information into financial statements, mastering IPSAS‑compliant reporting, understanding carbon markets, and leveraging Power BI to design interactive dashboards and generate actionable insights. These outcomes will strengthen institutional capacity, improve financial reporting, and align DART’s operations with international best practices and national development strategies.
